This commercial remodel project was completed for a personal training gym, Function & Strength. This project involved turning a large 2nd floor room into (2) new locker rooms, and (1) yoga room. We moved old walls and framed new ones, closed old doorways and created new one, and demolished an old non functional bathroom, in order make the best use of the square footage available and create the new layout desired. The men’s and women’s locker rooms included tile floors, new mold resistant drywall, custom paint. All fixtures, toilets, sinks and showers were installed to be handicap assessable and ADA Compliant. The yoga room had new hardwood flooring installed and completed with a fresh coat of paint to both it and all common areas and hallways.
